Construction Update — Foundation & Structural Works Complete

We are pleased to share that foundation and structural works at Vista Royale Residences are now complete, marking a significant milestone in our construction programme.

The project is progressing in line with our Q4 2027 delivery schedule. Our development team has prioritised structural integrity and material quality at every stage, ensuring that the finished residences will meet the exacting standards we have set from the outset.
